Julian Rosero, a native Ecuadorian, provides Hamilton Resources, Ltd. with over thirty years of experience in field exploration and mining evaluation of placer gold and other mineral deposits. Prior to joining Hamilton Resources, Ltd. he worked extensively in a number of projects within Ecuador evaluating and managing field exploration operations involving placer and hard rock mineral deposits.
He has served as the Director of the Ecuadorian Geological Survey and as the Vice Minister of the Ecuadorian Ministry of Mines. He is a graduate of the Central University of Ecuador with a degree in mining engineering and has completed post-graduate work in mining geology at Leicester University in England.
Mr. Rosero has taught mineralogy and mineral exploration, and he has authored a book entitled “Mineralogenic Zoning of Ecuador”. Mr. Rosero resides in Quito, Ecuador where Hamilton Resources, Ltd. has established its Ecuadorian project office.
Master’s Degree (M.Sc.) in Mining Geology from the University of Exeter (United Kingdom) and "Master of the Camborne School of Mines (M.C.S.M.), England, 1995; P. Eng. Geologist graduated from the Central University of Ecuador (Honors Degree & Gold Medal Best Student, 1992); Registered Member (Qualified Person) at SME in the USA, Member of the Society of Economic Geologists (SEG), Fellow of the Geological Society. Fluent in Spanish and English.
Twenty four years’ experience prospecting, exploring, evaluating and developing ore deposits in North, Central and South America. Carrier positions include the roles of Chief Geologist, Project Manager, Exploration Manager, General Manager, Vice-president of Exploration for international mining companies. Technical skills include general and detail geological and structural mapping, geochemistry, geophysics, exploration techniques, geo-statistics, interpretations and planning with international standards. Participated in the discovery of hard rock and placer ore deposits.
Also experienced in building mining company´s portfolios, administration, and projection of companies into international markets. NI 43-101 reporting and QA&QC procedures. Familiar with company´s IPO on the Toronto Stock Exchange. Career includes past work with the British Geological Survey-Ecuador and University professor for Geology, Ore Deposits and Geo-statistics.
Mr. Moncayo graduated in 1993 from the University Central of Ecuador, has over 20 years of experience in exploration, primarily focused in South, Central and North America (Venezuela, Colombia, Ecuador, Bolivia, Peru, Brazil, Chile, Honduras, USA) and on precious and base metal deposits. He has worked as a consulting geologist/ exploration Manager to a large number of intermediate and senior mining companies including Gold Fields South Africa, IAMGOLD Ltda, Andean Gold Ltda. Ascendant Exploration, Ascendant Copper, Copper Mesa, Rio Perdido Gold Ltda, ELIPE S.A, etc. He has focused his attention on the identification of and investment in large resource exploration projects. He has experience in managing all aspects of exploration in a variety of countries through grass root exploration to discovery stage
Mr. Juricka is an International Financial & Business Consultant with 16 years of experience in business and finance in both North and South America. He has successfully worked with labor unions, environmental and regulatory agencies, domestic and foreign political leaders, and international organizations. He has taken two companies from initial corporate concept through Initial Public Offerings. Key roles include Co-‐Founder/Owner; Financial Analyst; Chief Financial Officer; Vice President of Corporate Development, Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee. His prior mining experiences include VP Corporate Development at Copper Mesa Mining Corporation, Andean Gold Corporation, Core Values Mining & Exploration Corp.
Mr. Gallon is a professional mining executive with over 40 years experience in all phases of exploration and mining from grass roots exploration, through feasibility studies, mine development and construction, to process plant design and operational mine management. He has held progressively senior positions including President, CEO, COO and VP Exploration focused on project evaluation, development, and construction advancing a number of projects from grass roots to production across the globe.
